  • Full payment is not mandatory at the time of registration

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refund Requests

Refund requests must be made in writing before the course start date.

Our refund process is designed to be fair to both parties:

  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to worldvisaacademy@gmail.com
  • A small administrative fee may apply to cover processing and registration costs
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days
  • The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method

After Course Commencement

Once the course begins, fees become non-refundable, as access to training materials and sessions is immediately granted.

After the course start date, we cannot offer refunds because:

  • Course materials and resources are immediately accessible
  • Instructor time and resources have been allocated
  • Class sizes are limited to ensure quality education

Course Transfer Option

Transfer to Another Batch

In genuine situations, students may request to transfer to another batch or course:

  • Transfers are subject to approval and seat availability
  • Transfer requests must be made at least 7 days before the course start date
  • Only one transfer is permitted per registration
  • Any difference in course fees must be paid before the transfer is processed

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs while maintaining the quality of our educational services.

While our standard policy is firm, we understand that life can present unexpected challenges. In cases of documented medical emergencies or other exceptional circumstances, we may consider:

How to Request a Refund
